FORKLIFT LOAD
The four fully adjustable sturdy uprights allow for any size of bulk bag by simply removing the retainer pins and adjusting the vertical height of the support frame pockets.
The bags straps are quickly and easily secured to the fork lift lifting frame providing a safe and secure attachment while being lifted and positioned in the pockets.
Split frames for low head room applications allow the versatility of bulk bag discharging where other designs are not suitable.
ELECTRIC HOIST AND TROLLEY LOAD
The electric hoist and trolley load unit allows for loading of bulk bags without the use of forklifts. The electric hoist can be supplied with different lifting capacities up to 2000kg and lifting speeds up to 6.5m/min. Pneumatic hoist and trolleys are also available if required.
Three different styled lifting frames accommodate bags straps and bag heights of various sizes within the support frame.
The top section of the support frame is made to be fully adjustable and can be rotated to suit bag loading from any direction.
SPOUT CLAMP
The spout clamp seals the bulk bag spout creating a dust tight secure attachment totally enclosing the interface between the bulk bag and the hopper below. The unique one handed operation quickly secures the bag spout with a positive, smooth operation without the operator stretching or bending.
A full 150mm of travel allows easy operator access to the bag spout and the clamping of short tied bags.
The spout clamp moves vertically elongating the bulk bag during discharge ensuring complete discharge of all products.
There are no linkage arms or bushes to bend, jam or seize.
DUST COLLECTOR
The dust collector vents the hopper displaced air during the discharge cycle and then runs to fully evacuate the air from the empty bulk bag collapsing it allowing for the dust free removal and disposal of the bulk bag. Product vented to the dust collector can be feed back to the hopper or vessel below creating a totally enclosed no waste system. The easy filter access provides quick and easy access to the filter for inspection or replacement. The clean design of the dust collector with no hopper flanges ensures a hygienic system incorporating a PVC fan for trouble free quiet operation. Total noise of <75dba at 1m.

BAG MASSAGER
The base of the bulk bag is loaded into the bulk bag unloader allowing the base of the bulk bags to rest securely on the bag massagers. As the bulk Bag discharges the stroke of the bag massage granularly increases creating a step angular base on the bulk bag. This enhances flow of product from the bulk bag including from creases and folds.
BAG CLOSER
The bag closer allows the operator full control of the discharge rate from a bulk bag by closing the spout of the bulk bag controlling the flow. The one handed operation is simple and effortless due to the unique operation of 6 bars uniformly closing the spout of the bulk bag while product is flowing.
For partial discharging of bulk bags the bag closer allows the operator to close, tie off and remove the bulk bag for use at a later stage.
The bag closer is positioned to travel with the spout clamp to avoid any flow restrictions from the bulk bag and allowing the base of the bulk bag to form a step angular shape.
